Last weekend I was at the mall with my friends and we just stopped by the newly launched in India, renowned Korean brand – Innisfree. Its products are completely based on natural ingredients. This brand believes in preserving nature and recycling.
Here is what Innisfree says :
Innisfree, the pure island where clean nature and healthy beauty coexist in harmony. Innisfree is a natural brand that shares the benefits of nature from the pristine island of Jeju allowing for vibrant beauty and pursues an eco-friendly green life to preserve the balance of nature.
What is Jeju?
Jeju is an island near South Korea which is the home of the four energies of pure nature, is full of the honest and immaculate beauty that Innisfree wishes to share with you.
Innisfree is creating spaces where nature and skin can rest in the green energy of pure Jeju.
Innisfree also recycles their empty bottles! So happy to hear that! This way every person can contribute in saving our planet earth! ❤
Innisfee store is located in The Mall Of India, here in Noida (Delhi). You can find their store in Khan Market in Delhi.
I actually went there in search of a good night cream and I ended up buying sheet masks – one of their top selling products. Here is how:
My skin is very sensitive. So, I never just go and buy any skin care product I find appealing. I always ask for a sample before so that I don’t end-up spending in vain. It has happened so many times before – I donated so many products to my cousins or friends – just because I bought them without trying.
I asked for the samples of their Orchid Night Cream and their Perfect 9 Night Cream. The SA was friendly and cooperative, she made me try both the creams at the back of my hand. Both creams felt very rich and moisturising. I liked the way they smelled. They had a floral, herbal kind of fragrance.
But the SA refused to give me any samples. She told me that they are not receiving any sample packs for those particular products. Although they have samples of their green tea range. So, that turned out to be a huge disappointment.
My eyes then wandered towards an aisle full sheet masks! I forgot to take the picture of the insides of the store. It was so pretty! These sheet masks are very reasonably priced. Most of them are under Rs. 200! I picked 9 or 10 different sheet masks to home-pamper myself. 😉 I got a membership card too along with that purchase, a green tea serum and cream sample, and their famous Volcanic Clay Face Mask sample.
And I have already used two of them – The Hyaluronic Acid Mask and The Cucumber mask..
I didn’t like the cucumber mask that much – it leaves a sticky feeling after removal. But the Hyaloronic acid mask – I am going to make it my staple product. It delivers a huge dose of moisture to my dry and dull skin and after using it I can clearly see the difference! My skin looks fresh and hydrated and its effect lasts for 2 days!! ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
I keep these sheet masks in the refrigerator and then use them chilled. It gives a really soothing and cooling effect. ❤ 🙂
